With rated capacities of 4,000 kg, 4,500 kg and 5,000 kg, the ENSIGN G Series is designed for demanding material handling operations. Strong traction, stable load handling and excellent gradeability make it suitable for factories, warehouses, building material yards, logistics centers and other intensive working environments.

The heavy-duty transmission is designed for high torque capacity and efficient power transfer, providing strong driving performance under load while improving overall operating efficiency and durability.
*Load-Sensing Hydraulic System*
The load-sensing hydraulic system provides priority steering for faster response and lighter steering operation. Hydraulic lines feature a 24° cone and O-ring double-sealing structure, helping reduce leakage and improve hydraulic system reliability.
*Stable Heavy-Duty Chassis*
An optimized wheelbase and robust chassis provide excellent stability during lifting, traveling and turning. The 4.5–5.0 ton models feature a 2,100 mm wheelbase, providing a solid foundation for demanding load-handling operations.
*Maintenance-Free Steering Axle*
The integrated steering axle uses tapered roller bearings on the main shaft for enhanced impact resistance and durability, helping reduce routine maintenance requirements in intensive applications.
*Large-Opening Engine Hood*
The large-opening hood provides convenient access to major service components. The battery, electrical components and hydraulic system are arranged for easier daily inspection and maintenance, helping reduce service time.
*Two-Stage Air Filtration*
A heavy-duty air cleaner combined with a high-mounted independent intake channel and two-stage filtration system helps provide cleaner intake air for the engine, making the forklift better suited to demanding industrial environments.
*Optimized Electrical System Layout*
The H-type electrical system features organized wiring and strategically positioned electrical components. Shorter harness routing and fewer bends help simplify maintenance and improve electrical system reliability.
*Comfortable & Practical Operation*
Fully hydraulic power steering, adjustable steering wheel, wide-view mast, standard seat, multifunction instrument panel, rear-view mirrors and conveniently positioned control levers provide a practical operator environment for long working shifts.
