Every truck passes a full-load test before shipment. This video follows one 3 t lithium counterbalance forklift through the complete routine: rated-load lifting, fork and mast operation, service brake and ramp holding.
Test items
- Full-load lift: lift speed and stability at rated capacity within spec
- Smooth operation: fork levelling and mast tilt without jerk or noise
- Reliable braking: loaded ramp holding and service braking pass in one go
The pre-shipment test report shipped with each truck maps one-to-one to these items, so customers can re-verify on arrival.
